All users of the Services, whether registered members or not, are subject to these Terms of Service. Our Services at ExamsTour are designed to help both students and teachers. Students can browse and sign up for classes they're interested in taking, while teachers can use our platform to find students who are interested in their classes. We offer online classes in a variety of fields and at different times to accommodate our users.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny access to our Services to any individual for any reason, and we may terminate the Services at any time, with or without prior notice.

What Data We Get and their Uses

When a student signs up for a class on ExamsTour, we provide the teacher with the student's username and profile so that they can instruct the class. By signing up for a class, the student gives us permission to share their information with the teacher. The teacher is obligated to respect the student's privacy and can only use the information for ExamsTour-related discussions or transactions. The teacher cannot use this information for any other purpose, such as unauthorized purchases or unsolicited commercial

messages. You are not allowed to upload any content that violates the privacy of other ExamsTour users without their explicit consent.

Please be aware that when using our Services, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws that govern the use of other users' information.

We may also collect demographic data from you, such as your gender, race, and ethnicity, which is typically used anonymously. Your voluntary disclosure of this information to ExamsTour allows us to collect, store, and use it in accordance with our privacy policy. We may use this data to improve the functionality of our Services, analyze trends, and understand demographic patterns within our community. We may also use this data for marketing purposes or to collect demographic data about our user base as a whole.

Membership Fees

If you choose to subscribe to ExamsTour, your subscription will continue and renew automatically at the end of each subscription period until you cancel your subscription or your account is suspended or terminated by these Terms. The regular subscription fee for the duration of your subscription, along with any applicable taxes, will be charged to your chosen Payment Method, and you will be responsible for all fees and costs incurred, including any applicable taxes.

ExamsTour reserves the right to change the conditions of your subscription, including the cost, with the new terms taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We will notify you in advance of any such changes, except for changes to applicable taxes, for which we may not be able to provide notice.

ExamsTour pays all teachers and collects all fees through third-party providers, who are separate businesses. ExamsTour is not responsible for the operation of these providers.

Membership fees and other fees paid to the Service are non-refundable after one month or after the completion of all classes.

Our Policy on Refunds is as Follows:

All payments made for our services are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used periods, unless otherwise required by applicable law or if your

subscription plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel your membership according to our Terms of Service, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you have purchased an annual subscription plan with a 30-day money-back guarantee and wish to cancel your plan, you may contact us to request a full refund. Once your refund has been approved, you will no longer have access to your ExamsTour membership.

For subscription plans that include a 7-day or longer free trial, we are not obligated to consider or grant refund requests that do not occur within the initial trial period, or if there has been fraud or a violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. You are eligible for only one refund. Any additional subscriptions will not be eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee after you have received your refund.

Cancellation:

ExamsTour membership can be canceled at any time for any reason by visiting the payment settings in the user's ExamsTour account profile (accessible through a provided link). If a membership is canceled, access to any classes signed up for during that time will no longer be available at the end of the billing period.

Payment Modes:

At ExamsTour, we offer various modes of payment for our membership services, including online transactions, UPIs, bank transactions, and credit/debit card payments. Any technical issues that occur during transactions are the liability of the user, and ExamsTour will not be responsible. Upon successful payment, users will receive a confirmation text that includes their user ID.

Each membership account is limited to a single individual and can only be used on one system at a time. Membership plans are set to renew automatically on an annual basis, and payment will be charged to the user's provided payment method at the time of renewal. To avoid billing failures, users should keep their payment information up to date.

Refunds are only available in limited circumstances, such as within the 30-day money-back guarantee period for certain subscription plans. ExamsTour is not responsible for any third-party providers and their operations.
